These terms govern access to and use of the websites and products of XEU LABS Pte. Ltd. ("XEU LABS", "we", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
01 Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using our websites or products, you confirm that you can enter into a legally binding agreement and accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the services.
02 Use of services
You agree to use the services lawfully and not to misuse them, disrupt the platform or underlying networks, attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data, copy or reverse engineer our software except where permitted by law, or use the services for unlawful, fraudulent or sanctions-related activity. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
03 Digital assets and non-custodial software
XEU LABS products are non-custodial. You are responsible for safeguarding private keys, seed phrases and asset management; we cannot access, freeze or recover them on your behalf. Blockchain transactions are typically irreversible, network fees may apply, and the value of digital assets may be volatile. You are responsible for assessing the legal, regulatory and tax treatment of digital assets in your jurisdiction.
04 Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, designs and software made available through the services are owned by XEU LABS or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the services for their intended purpose; open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.
05 Disclaimer of warranties
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. Nothing on our websites or in our products constitutes financial, legal, tax or investment advice. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or vulnerability-free, or that any specific result will be achieved.
06 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XEU LABS and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or digital assets arising in connection with use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
07 Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes are reflected in the updated date above, and continued use of the services after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
